DiscountWorkers.com connects and brings together the buyers and the sellers in an easy to navigate way that basically "gets the job done"!
Below are our guidelines and policy's. Make sure to be up to speed on all of them....it's for everyone's protection.
-You have to be a registered user to buy or sell on DiscountWorkers.com. Registration is free to all.
1) Selling on DiscountWorkers.com
1.1 When you sell a job and successfully deliver it, the funds of that sale will be credited to your PayPal account with a net revenue of 20%. Here's a chart for you more "visual" people.
$20.00 sale $16.00 is credited to your PayPal account
$15.00 sale $12.00 is credited to your PayPal account
$10.00 sale $8.00 is credited to your PayPal account
$5.00 sale $4.00 is credited to your PayPal account
1.2 You are not allowed to offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through DiscountWorkers.com. Your account will be deleted or edited at any time by DiscountWorkers.com if you provide your personal email or other methods of payment. Posting other website address's on DiscountWorkers.com will result in account being deleted or edited by DiscountWorkers.com
1.3 You are fully responsible to scan all files for viruses and malware and verify their safety. DiscountWorkers.com is not responsible for any damages which might occur from site usage, use of content or files transferred.
1.4 Sellers must deliver any and all proofs and completed work using the 'Deliver Completed Work' link.
1.5 Make sure you describe your services or products in detail. We know you do not want to deal with returns so be sure your buyer knows exactly what they are getting. Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond with concerns or the order will be marked as complete.
2) Buying on DiscountWorkers.com
2.1 Buyers pay DiscountWorkers.com for orders in advance.
2.3 You may not pay other users directly using their PayPal account or any other methods other than DiscountWorkers.com payment system. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to [email protected]
2.4 Your purchase is not sent to the service provider until payment has cleared.
2.5 Your order can be cancelled anytime prior to the service provider acceptance; once he or she accepts your order, you will no longer be able to cancel your purchase.
2.6 Sellers have the option to reject an order if they can't handle it on time. If for any reason your order gets rejected, your purchase money will be placed in your DiscountWorkers.com balance and will be available to you for purchasing from other suppliers on DiscountWorkers.com.
2.7 Do not dispute or reverse a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing this can get your account blocked.
2.8 If you have any issues, first try and work things out with your seller. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support at [email protected]
2.9 Order cancellations (when eligible) can be done by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.
2.10 On purchase, Buyer will be charged the service fee of 30% of the price of the job.
**Ordering an illegal service may result in the seller and buyer being liable for any legal problems that happen because of the transaction.
3) Seller's Ratings
3.1 Seller's rating is calculated from buyer's feedback, rate of orders cancelled and late deliveries.
3.2 DiscountWorkers.com has the right to change placement of sellers job posting for any reason and will highlight jobs that we feel deserve special attention.

4) Protection against bad behaviour, things that are illegal or frankly just tacky!
4.1 Sellers' and buyers' identity is always anonymous. To protect our users' anonymity, requesting or providing email addresses, Skype/IM usernames or any other personal contact details is strictly prohibited.
4.2 All communications, information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively using DiscountWorkers.com's messaging and communication system.
4.3 Content on DiscountWorkers.com is strictly moderated. Users posting, messaging or suggesting any adult, sexual contents, illegal, copyright protected, violent, nonsense or other improper material on the site is prohibited and enforced. Offering an illegal service may result in the seller and buyer being held liable for any legal problems that occur originating from the transaction. DiscountWorkers.com reserves the right to block or permanently delete any account for these or any other reason due to misbehaviour. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on DiscountWorkers.com.
**Anyone (seller/buyer/guest or otherwise) noticing or suspecting an illegal service presented on DiscountWorkers.com, is hereby asked to contact us immediately and notify us of the service in question.
5) Processing orders:
5.1 When a buyer orders a job, the seller will get a notification Email.
5.2 Sellers are required to meet the delivery duration they specified when creating their jobs. Failing to complete the order as promised will allow the buyer to cancel the order and this will reduce the seller's overall rating.
5.3 Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement with no negative effect on either party.
5.4 When a buyer orders one of your services, you will be notified and asked to Accept or Reject that order. Rejecting an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is recommended that you suspend your services from your "My Store" control panel for buyers to see.
5.5 The Buyer has 7 days to decide if you accept the order or it will automatically be cancelled by DiscountWorkers.com.
5.6 A Seller may cancel an order at any given moment. However, cancelling an order has a negative effect on the seller's rating.
5.7 Unanswered mutual cancellation requests will be automatically accepted after 48 hours, while reducing the non-responding user's rating.
6) Withdrawing from PayPal
6.1 Withdrawing your sales requires having a valid PayPal account. Please be sure that your PayPal account is set up to receive incoming payments before withdrawing any funds.
6.2 Your DiscountWorkers.com profile can only be associated with one PayPal account. This association is permanent and can't be changed.
6.3 Monies are only made available for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 7 days.
6.4 PayPal's fees for transfer are 2% of the total withdrawal sum, and up to a maximum of $1. Withdrawing $50 or more in one go will save you a little cash.
6.5 Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
7.1 For physical items that are sold on DiscountWorkers.com (arts and crafts, collectable items etc), sellers may decide to add additional charges for shipping. Sellers can add shipping prices for local and international shipping.
7.2 When a buyer buys a job which is a physical item, the buyer will be required to provide a shipping address; the seller will be responsible for all shipping arrangements once the buyer supplies that address. DiscountWorkers.com does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality and condition of items or their delivery and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or other problems caused, directly or indirectly, from delivered items and their shipping.
7.3 Having a Tracking number is a great way to avoid disputes related to shipping. We recommend entering the tracking number if available in the order page when delivering your work. If not available at that time we also recommend contacting the buyer directly with that tracking number so both parties are aware of the status of the package.
8) General terms:
8.1 Violation of DiscountWorkers.com's Terms of Service may get your account permanently blocked.
8.2 Spammers will have their IP address permanently blocked and banned! DiscountWorkers.com reserves the right to report such violations to relevant authorities.
8.3 Sellers can withdraw their sales profits from an account that has been blocked after a safety period of 45 to 90 days from day of last cleared payment received in their account, depending on the reason for the block, and is subject to DiscountWorkers.com's approval for the withdrawal.
8.4 DiscountWorkers.com has the right to display advertisements throughout the site's pages and/or communicating system. Advertisements may include links to third party companies and products. DiscountWorkers.com will under no circumstances be held responsible for the quality of the advertised products or for any harm, financial or otherwise, that may be caused to the end user by using said products.
8.5 All material posted on this site must be original and belong to the seller; no copyrighted, adult audience, violent content or offensive material will be allowed. Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the job description. The buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights for the work delivered from the seller and the seller waives any and all moral rights therein. For removal of doubt, in custom created work (such as art work, design work, report generation etc.), the delivered service shall be the exclusive property of buyer. The seller expressly agrees to assign to buyer the copyright in any delivered services that do not meet the requirements of a work-for-hire under the U.S. Copyright Act. Additionally, independent of the U.S. Copyright Act, the seller agrees that unless he indicated otherwise in the job description, once the order is completed the seller assigns along with it to the buyer, to the fullest extent possible under the law, all of its rights, title and interest, if any, in and to the delivered service and waives any and all moral rights in connection therewith.
The sellers further asserts that whatever information he received from the buyer, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the buyer.
8.6 We are assuming that the content you are posting on DiscountWorkers.com is your own or you have permission to publish it. We may delete any of your content and your account, If you are infringing upon a third party’s content and material, including logos, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, rights of publicity and including any content that is the subject of any claim of infringement.
8.7 By offering a service, the seller asserts that it has sufficient permissions to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on DiscountWorkers.com.
8.8 DiscountWorkers.com may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, DiscountWorkers.com will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available at http://www.DiscountWorkers.com/terms_of_service.
8.9 You understand and agree that if you use DiscountWorkers.com after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, DiscountWorkers.com will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
8.10 By providing us your email address, you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as updates, user communications, newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or our offers. if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or you can opt out by contacting our support team. Opting out may prevent you from receiving valuable messages regarding updates, improvements, offers, or communications from other Users. We reserve the right to send you notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.
9.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DiscountWorkers.com will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Refunds are made to the buyer's balance and are made available for future purchases on DiscountWorkers.com.
9.2 Buyers cannot request a refund after receiving the ordered service unless the service provided is not as promised.
9.3 Refunds WILL NOT be given for buyers ordering illegal services related to money laundering, bribery, terrorism or for any other criminal activity.
10.1 We encourage buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact DiscountWorkers.com's customer support department for assistance using the dispute resolution tools located in the order page called 'Got Problems?'.
10.2 DiscountWorkers.com decision will be full and final decision legaly binding on both buyers and sellers. No parties will make any claims or file disputes with PayPal or credit or debit card companies or their banks after receiving a final decision from DiscountWorkers.com.
As a user of DiscountWorkers.com you agree to all of the above mentioned terms and conditions. If any of the terms is not acceptable we advise you not to use our site for any buying or selling activity.
